I don’t understand how 2 years can make such a massive difference, in two years Grace went from a little girl into a woman.
I don’t know how it still shocks me, it’s like it happened overnight and I didn’t even notice.
I woke up one day and she was taller than me. It feel like I have all the time in the world with her and then I blink and she’s going to be finished school in 3 1/2 years.
She will be off driving and living her own life, her own adventures and I will be missing her and excited for her all in the same moment.
This week I was backing up my phone photos ( yes, a subtle reminder) and bam, 12- 14 year is a massive jump, 17cm in growth, her face changed and all of a sudden I miss all the other versions of her.
I love her so freaking much!
